  • Direct design and construction management for affordable and workforce housing portfolio. 
  • Develop preliminary budgets for pro-formas and financing, source and select and manage architects, contractors, and sub-contractors, monitor schedules to optimize project schedule, and partner with marketing and property management to develop occupancy strategy. 
  • Negotiate with contractors and vendors and collaborate with city agencies to coordinate fulfillment of building and zoning codes, permits, and building approvals.

​Accomplishments include: 

  • Led the award-winning construction project: a 15-acre site consisting of 16 buildings ranging from 7 to 13 story, $19M each with a total of 870 units. Efforts included three swimming pools, health club, meeting rooms and major site work. 
  • New construction project of a 13-story building, with 100 affordable apartments including full amenities, retail ground floor, roof gardens, and underground parking. 
  • Oversaw the design, construction and core and shell completion of 3.1M square foot $810M Park – which includes the largest private Brownfield Remediation Program valued at $40M, as well as all site preparation, demolition, new infrastructure, and core and shell construction of the mixed-use complex, consisting of 1.5M sf shopping center, 460 residential units and 4,000 structured parking spaces.
